I am an independent consultant with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of technology and product delivery. My background spans technical product ownership, IT and cloud architecture, and the practical application of AI and automation to operational challenges.

I have worked with organisations across a range of sectors — from early-stage technology companies to established enterprises navigating digital transformation. In each context, the work has centred on the same core challenge: translating complex technical realities into clear decisions and coherent delivery.

I operate as an independent consultant rather than through a large firm by design. Clients receive direct engagement — not a junior team working from a senior partner's framework. Every engagement is scoped, led, and delivered by me.
